Hello,

Welcome to our very first toolkit for facilitators who wish to work with parents.

In this toolkit you will have two powerpoints. The first one we call, Trends and Influences in Pre- and Perinatal Psychology, the Long Version. That’s full of information about our story; how paradigm got started, and who are our most important people in it. It also has more recent trends and influences, and some of the science, and ways that you can talk to policymakers and administrators, with case studies, so that you can more fully explain our paradigm.

There is a short version, with a script. The short version is recorded so that you can show it to your parents, or you can just watch it for yourself, so you can really take in what our story is. There is a wonderful roadmap of our story over the years that we’ve been active, and even before, so that you can get a bigger, wider, deeper perspective about our paradigm.

It also includes, “Skills of Presence,” of which there are five, that we will lead you through. These are exercises for you and your parents.

Then, the short video, Babies Know . . . Seven Principles of Pre- and Perinatal Psychology. It’s a great introduction to Pre- and Perinatal Psychology.

So, enjoy! And we’ll see you in the next toolkit.
